Each of our unique boxed lunches comes complete with a sandwich or wrap carefully piled high with Boar's Head meats and cheeses, sliced fresh just for you! Your sandwich is always served with Foodies very own gourmet dressing or chutney especially chosen to bring you the best flavor with every bite. Along with a homemade side item, hand-crafted dessert and sparkling beverage, we're sure you'll agree there's simply no lunch like a Foodies lunch!
The carefully hand-selected lettuce isn't the only thing green at Foodies... so are our practices! Your lunch is tastefully packaged in post-industrial recycled, biodegradable paper containers - just look on the bottom of the box! Whenever possible, we support local businesses and products in effort to reduce energy consumption, lower gas emissions and exercise our commitment to positive environmental stewardship. grab & go meals
Foodies is proud to introduce an exciting new concept in meal preparation to the Roanoke Valley. Our Grab & Go meal kits include everything you need to feed a family of 4-6. Each meal has easy to follow cooking instructions and most can be on your table in 30 minutes or less. All of our meal kits feature tested recipes and homemade sauces.
Click on our menu link below to see this month's menu. You can order your meals online by clicking our schedule & registration page and selecting the day you'd like to pick up. You can also call us with your menu selections or you can stop in during our normal business hours and select your meals from what's available in our Grab & Go freezer.

Perfect for any occasion, Foodies Custom Cookies are baked to golden perfection and hand-iced to your specifications. Our cookies make fabulous favors for showers, weddings and birthday celebrations! Either individually wrapped with coordinating ribbon or beautifully boxed, you'll be pleased with the detail and attention your hand crafted cookie receives. While most cookies are already in stock, some may require additional crafting time to obtain the shape specific to your event. Cookies range in price from $2 - $4 each depending on the level of detail you require.
